An update on West Park Housing Projects:
Remember last week Don came home crying. He said there was a baby upstairs that had cried for the entire two hours . The baby sounded like someone just kept pinching it. Then stories of corruption, drugs and on and on. Well this week was a different story. YOU prayed. Not a single peep from the baby this Wednesday. At the end (forgive me if I don't get all the details right, names etc...) of their Discovery Bible time, the not-yet-believer asked Don and Gerry how to pray. Don said it is like you're getting to know someone. So you're getting to know God. What could you say to Him based on the word of God (Gen1) that you discovered tonight? She prayed in her OWN WORDS "God thank you for bringing me into the light and out of darkness."
Someone else said that sounds good. I need God to send light into my mind and bring order. I am failing basic math and can't understand it. I have a test tomorrow.Well we got a text last night that this woman got a "B" on her math test.

Yesterday I had such an overwhelming sense that Jesus is alive. I know that intellectually and would attest to that as a truth I believe.But to know it as REALITY,,, that changes everything.
